If you are unhappy with the quality of our products, please contact us within 7 days for a full refund or replacement. Boiled peanuts are perishable so not eligible for returns.
Once our products leave our facility, we are not responsible for the any damage due to shipping delays or mishandling. Please contact your chosen shipper directly regarding any damages incurred during the shipping process.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, it may take some time (5-10) business days before your refund is officially posted. If 10 days have passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at happiechicks@gmail.com.
