If you are unhappy with the quality of our products, please contact us within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.  Boiled peanuts are perishable so not eligible for returns.

Once our products leave our facility, we are not responsible for the any damage due to shipping delays or mishandling.  Please contact your chosen shipper directly regarding any damages incurred during the shipping process.

Where is my order?

We don’t ship every day. Since many areas don’t deliver on Sunday, we schedule our shipping accordingly. Orders get to most places in 2-3 days. Please keep an eye out for tracking information. It sometimes gets eaten by over-zealous SPAM filters 🙂

My package arrived late?

We expect all orders to arrive on time and in tact, but shippers do let us down on occasion. Peanuts take a few extra days to deliver are still perfectly good.  The salt and vinegar we use to cook them act as a natural preservative.  Boiled peanuts are considered a non-hazardous food.

My Package lost a vacuum seal.

We expect all orders to arrive on time and in tact, but shippers do let us down on occasion. Peanuts that lose their vacuum seal are still perfectly good.  The salt and vinegar we use to cook them act as a natural preservative. It is a good idea to use any bags that lose their seal during transit first or place in a gallon freezer bag for long term protection.

Where is my Tracking?

When your label is created, tracking is automatically sent to the email address you entered when placing your order. If you did not receive tracking, please check your email junk folder. Tracking sometimes gets eaten by over-zealous SPAM filters 🙂

My Package is damaged.

Shippers don’t consider a package to be damaged unless the merchandise inside the outer package is rendered unusable.  If this is the case, please contact your local USPS, FedEx or UPS store accordingly. Some require you to bring in the product for inspection. And don’t worry, if they won’t make it right, we will.
